HHO Cell Heat Problems

A lot of people have emailed me asking me how to fix the heating problems with their cells.  And so i took it upon myself to fins a video or article on the internet that would explain the answer.  The answer to the heating problem is quite simple.  When everyone is making HHO cells they are  trying to connect positive leads and negative leads to every other plate which is a big problem.  This causes the same amount of electricity to go to each of the plates causing an excess amount of volts going through the cell.  Electrolysis is what we are aiming for.  Electrolysis is the process in which oxygen and hydrogen break their bonds in the water molecule and become a gas when electricity is passed through them.  This process starts happening when around 1.8 volts is passed through the water.  Maximum electrolysis happens at right about 2 volts.  So when you try to connect leads from a 12 volt battery to every plate, there is excess and therefore a waste of electricity which is given off as heat.  So to combat this problem, you must introduce neutral plates to your cell to even out the flow of voltage through the cell.  This video I have found is again from HHO Connection (he is great with this stuff).  He explains, and shows, how neutral plates help with the heating problem. Enjoy!

  3. I have a 120Vdc to 230Vdc supply and I have a 60 plates generator. 2 plates for the +&- and 58 neutral plates. If I run the supply at 120Vdc I have 2V over my plates but don't generate any gas. Only at 230Vdc I have lots of gas but also lots of heat...Any idea's??
